While every session is personalized, I often draw from the EPT foundation—Focus, Find It, Free It, and Forgive It—as a steady framework for creating clarity, restoring balance, and supporting integration.

Focus
Clarifying what is asking for attention
We begin by slowing down and arriving in the present moment.
Through gentle conversation, breath, and grounding, we clarify what feels most alive or unsettled for you right now. This may relate to a past experience, a current emotional or relational pattern, or something emerging as you look ahead.
Focus is not about analysis or effort.
It’s about attunement—creating enough safety and clarity for the work to unfold.

Find
Listening for root causes and generational patterns held in the body
Together, we explore how unresolved stress or trauma is being held in the body—often at the level of root cause. This can include patterns formed earlier in life, as well as responses that may have been carried forward through family or generational lines.
Using bioenergetic muscle testing, intuitive awareness, and somatic observation, I listen for the signals your system is offering. Different organs and body systems correspond with distinct emotional and survival responses, helping guide the session with precision and care.
This process is not about blame, analysis, or reliving the past.
It’s about understanding what your body has been carrying so it can begin to release it with support.
Your body sets the pace.

Free
Supporting release and restoring balance
As patterns are identified, we support the body in releasing what it no longer needs to carry.
This may include energetic balancing, polarity work, frequency-based support, guided self-contact, or simple somatic practices. For telehealth sessions, these approaches are adapted so you can engage fully from your own space.
Release is never forced.
The nervous system is always respected.

Forgive & Integrate
Allowing the work to settle and complete
In this work, forgiveness is not about excusing harm or bypassing truth. It’s about releasing internal tension so the body can return to alignment and coherence.
You’ll be gently guided through spoken statements, affirmations, breathwork, and integrative practices tailored specifically to you. Speaking aloud matters—the sound of one’s own voice supports resonance, regulation, and embodied integration.
This stage helps the work settle so it can be lived, not just experienced.
