Embracing Forgiveness and Gratitude: A Journey to Wholeness this Harvest Season

ree

A Gentle Beginning

As the earth gathers her harvest, we too are invited to gather what our healing has grown — peace, gratitude, and the courage to receive.

This is not about striving for more. It’s about realizing that you already are more. Forgiveness becomes the final clearing — the gentle turning of the soil that allows abundance to take root.

Before you begin, take a moment to center yourself: Sit quietly and bring your awareness to your breath. Inhale slowly through your nose, inviting divine light or Spirit into your heart.

Exhale softly through your mouth, releasing tension or resistance. After each statement, pause for a few seconds to let the words settle in your body and spirit before moving on.

These moments of breath create harmony between your nervous system and your soul — aligning you with the rhythm of peace and divine provision.

 Forgiveness Statements for Emotional Healing

  1. I forgive myself for believing I must work harder to be worthy of peace.

→ Inhale divine rest; exhale old striving.

Feel how your shoulders drop as your spirit opens to receive.

  2. I forgive others for teaching me scarcity instead of trust.

    → Inhale abundance; exhale fear.

Notice your body soften as gratitude begins to rise.

  3. I forgive the past for teaching me to prepare for loss instead of expect good.

    → Inhale trust; exhale protection.

Sense the space opening within you for calm to take root.

Each breath retrains your body to associate forgiveness with safety and openness — creating space for gratitude to flourish.

I Love and Accept Myself Statements

  1. I love and accept myself for finally allowing good things to stay.

→ Inhale divine presence; exhale self-doubt.

Feel warmth expanding in your chest — your body’s way of saying “thank you.”

  2. I love and accept myself for learning to rest in what I’ve been given.

    → Inhale peace; exhale striving.

Let stillness remind you that receiving is holy.

 I Have Statements for Renewal

  1. I have everything I need to live in peace and plenty.

    → Inhale gratitude; exhale release.

Let your breath anchor this truth in your heart.

  2. I have divine support guiding each step of my growth and provision.

    → Inhale trust; exhale control.

Feel your body align with confidence and ease.

As gratitude grows, the nervous system relaxes, cortisol lowers, and your body learns that keeping what is good is safe.

A Closing Reflection

Gratitude is the frequency of receiving. It tells your body, “It’s safe to keep what is good.”

If these words awaken peace within you, that’s your spirit remembering what abundance feels like. Through Cross Reference Healing, we deepen this remembrance — aligning your body, energy, and spirit with divine provision and calm.
